There is no single author byline here, so you will not find first-person trip stories on these pages. Every figure gets traced to where it came from. Star ratings and review totals come from each tour's live listing. Departure points, pickup windows and boat types come from the operators themselves.
How the tour listings were checked
Each of the 19 tours was read against its own live booking page, with a second look wherever a number seemed off. Where a listing publishes no star average, none gets invented here. The kayak tour run by Zip NOLA is a case in point: it carries no published reviews, and the page says so plainly rather than filling the gap with a guess.
